Prior to any maintenance contract we will perform an audit of your systems and network. This provides a baseline for both parties as well as providing us with the technical details required to support the contract.

If we are unable to resolve a problem remotely then a suitable engineer will visit your site to resolve the problem. With offices in central London and Surrey we are able to despatch engineers in a timely manner to provide the quick response that is so often required.

Health Checks form an important part of our ability to deliver a pro-active service to ourt clients.
