Microsoft Office 2007 Included

OnlineApps includes Microsoft Office 2007, as well as all future upgrades of the Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2007 software includes Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. This can be upgraded at any time to the Professional Plus Edition, which includes all of the Standard Edition software plus InfoPath, Publisher and Access. Adobe Acrobat reader is also included with the service.

Company Shared Drive

Your organisation can be provided with access to a shared drive for documents, files and folders to promote collaboration. This drive can be virtually any size to accommodate all of your valuable business data. Backup copies of your data are taken every 15 minutes to protect your data from accidental deletion or being overwritten in error.

Web Content Filtering

To ensure the integrity and relevance of employee web browsing, web content is scanned for inappropriate destinations such as adult or gambling sites. Bespoke web access policies can be created per user, per group or per company. In addition all web browsing is scanned for viruses and spyware to ensure your data is kept secure.

Virus and Spyware Protection

OnlineApps guards your data and applications against emerging threats such as spyware and root kits, as well as traditional threats such as viruses, worms, and Trojan horses. OnlineApps includes sophisticated security software which is closely monitored by the TheSupportForce technical team.

Remote to Local File Transfer

Uploading files to OnlineApps is simple. Your local hard drive accessible from within OnlineApps, you can easily copy files between your local computer and the OnlineApps platform. Copying files from OnlineApps to your local computer enables files to be taken offline for editing. These files can be uploaded back to the platform for secure storage and backup.

Windows, Mac and Linux Compatible

When you connect to OnlineApps, you will be presented with a web page listing the applications and desktops you have permission to use. The client software launches automatically, allowing you to view and control OnlineApps from Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows CE, Macintosh or Linux computer.

Encryption and Security

Using OnlineApps is secure. Following authentication with the OnlineApps all data is protected with HTTPS encryption using 128 bit encryption. This is the same level of security used by many banks for data in transit over the internet, protecting access to their systems and data.

5GB Personal File Storage per User

An OnlineApps subscription includes a massive 5GB of storage per user enabling you to save more of your critical business content. Backup copies of your data are taken every 15 minutes to protect your content from accidental deletion or being overwritten in error.

Printing from OnlineApps is simple. Locally installed printers are automatically connected to OnlineApps allowing users to print files without installing any drivers or software.
