TheSupportForce installs a management agent on your computer which sends PC health reports from your computer to our Service Centre, identifying potential hardware, software and security issues to our Service Desk team – so we fix any problems before they occur.

We keep all your workstations secure by automatically applying security updates, monitoring antivirus software and deploying firewall settings to protect your system.

Scheduled maintenance regularly deletes temporary files and defrags your hard disks. Any systems that fall outside best practice are flagged for attention by our Service Desk team. This includes hardware, minimising business disruption.

Thanks to our remote access and desktop sharing tools, your users can access their PC over the internet from anywhere in the world, hold meetings and put together presentations with the desktop sharing feature.
