The Team - Nigel Rawlins - Nigel has been working in the I.T. industry since joining DEC (Digital Equipment Co) in 1982. He has been primarily involved in field service issues and supplying equipment to 3rd Party Maintainers. He has extensive big company experience through contracting and has completed work for the likes of National Air Traffic Services, British Rail, Met Police and the MOD. His current role in TSF is mainly sales and managerial, but he is still involved technically on current projects and is a MCSE(Microsoft Certified System Engineer). This relevant experience ensures that he is able to deal with customers, both at user and board level. Nick Murray - Nick has 20 years experience in the computer industry. He started his career at DEC (Digital Equipment Co) as a field engineer, before specialising in training. In 1995 he joined INterquad where he qualified as a Microsoft Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer before practising as a freelance trainer and consultant. He boasts several years experience with and specialises in Microsoft Operating Systems, most Microsoft Backoffice products and TCP/IP based networking. Iain Nicholson - Iain joined us in early April 2007 having gained his MCSE and MCP qualifications. With an extensive background in various business disciplines Iain is well qualified to assist in IT support and to develop the IT infrastructure of customers to meet the demands of modern business practises. Having worked at board level in several organisations Iain can communicate with all people within an organisation. He is easy to approach and speaks your language when it comes to matters relating to IT. Iain will be working from our Canterbury and Reigate offices. Nick Wooding - Nicholas joined us in September 2004 He is joining us from a Web background and has worked in many IT roles stretching from Marketing to Web Development for over 6 years. Gaining experience in many technologies and a great insight into customer needs both business to business and business to customer. Nicholas has two degrees in IT disciplines - Business Information Technology and E-Commerce Technologies and the Cisco CCNA qualification. His strengths adapt to mostly any kind of Web Development. Such as Databases Development Web Site Design - both static and dynamic. Bespoke Applications to solve a particular problem in the Office. Recently he has completed an e-mail mail questionnaire for www.mortgagebeaters.co.uk to improve their customer experience and the service they provide. Trained in ASP,PHP,MYSQL,SQL SERVER,Visual Basic,Microsoft Office Programming and many more. Steve Hargreaves - Steve has pursued a career in IT since graduating from the University of Bath in 1999. He joined The Support Force in 2003 after finishing his post-degree role with Norwich Union. He has experience managing and supporting IT infrastructure in a variety of environments, from the biggest corporate networks and SMEs down to single user sites. His current role at TSF is second line support and project management. He is a Microsoft certified Small Business Solution provider, and is currently completing the full MCSE qualification. These skills are put to good use advising current and prospective customers on their IT maintenance and development. Ashley Suckling - Ashley has been with the Support Force since July 2000. He has an invaluable 5 years experience in phone based technical support. His experience with computers has been hands on and lots of studying. He has attended the A+ Certified course and is currently studying for Windows MCSE certification - He is also a keen webmaster and has passed the Certified Internet Webmasters(CIW) Foundations exam. Bryan Botha - Bryan is new to the world of IT. Bryan is the youngest on our team and is super eager to learn. He has recently enrolled himself on a course with the goal of becoming a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Bryan works in our Cape Town office. Adrian Rayapen - Adrian comes from a computer hardware background of nearly 15 years. He has worked for two leading UK computer manufactures and during his time with them he has had a veraity of roles which involved working on their Technical Support helpdesk. Before joining The Support Force his last role was as a Field Service Engineer so this has giving him a very good grounding and experience in the I.T industry. Since working for The Support Force he has been involved in various projects. His primary role is Computer Engineer and makes regular onsite visits to our corporate customers. He is also working towards gaining Windows MCSE certification. Keren Slawson - Keren comes from a training background. Keren specialised in training the following courses MS Office 2003 & 2007, MCDST, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Flash, HTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Project plus a few others. Keren is qualified as a MCP, MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer), MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) and ICDL (International Computer Driving License). Keren is hard working, learns quickly and love challenges.
